Our highly trained team of fire protection engineers ensures the highest standards of servicing and maintenance on the services we provide.

Fire Alarm Systems
Conventional Fire Alarm Systems
Conventional fire alarm systems are the entry-level for most fire protection requirements. These alarms are suitable for small offices, nurseries, small hotels, warehouses, shops or any small business. We supply and install a wide range of fire alarm systems together with a choice of control panels to meet specific requirements.
Addressable Fire Alarm Systems
Addressable fire systems transmit data over their circuits that provide intricate information for the user including the exact location of the fire. Addressable fire alarm systems are ideal for complex or larger premises such as care homes, office blocks, and large factories. A range of control panels supplied and installed by our company.

Domestic Fire Alarm Systems
Domestic fire alarms are devices that will detect a fire in the early stages and therefore increase the level of safety in the home. In terms of choosing the right type of domestic fire alarm detectors, it will depend largely on individual circumstances. If possible, take into account the sort of fire that might be expected and the need to avoid false alarms. A range of smoke and heat detectors can be supplied and installed by our company and we can advise the most suitable for your premises. Fire Extinguishers
Fire Extinguishers to BS 5306-3:2017 and BS 5306 PART 8: 2012
The British Standards Code of Practice states that fire extinguishers should be serviced and maintained annually by a competent person to ensure that they will work the first time in an emergency. This is considered an obligation within fire safety legislation Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO).
All our fire protection engineers can survey your premises to establish your particular need for fire extinguishers, their positioning, signage and type. This will ensure that your equipment is maintained to BS 5306-3:2017 and BS 5306 PART 8:2012 and ready for action when needed. So you can be certain your premises are correctly protected with the right equipment.

Emergency Lighting
Emergency lighting is a ‘life safety system’ and is required to assist occupants in the safe evacuation of premises in the event of a power failure. The lighting comes on if the normal lighting fails and therefore needs to be sufficiently bright, illuminated for enough time, and the light sources positioned so that the occupants of a building can be evacuated safely in an emergency. It is a mandatory requirement to be installed where artificial lighting is installed.

Nurse Call Systems
Conventional Systems: are supplied and installed for residential care and nursing homes to provide an indication to the staff of resident's need for assistance.
Addressable Systems: are supplied and installed for residential care and nursing homes to provide an exact indication on displays to the staff of residents need for assistance.

Extinguishing Systems
We supply and install Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems for server rooms, to deed stores. The type of system will depend on the risk, using either chemical gases: HFC227ea / FE25 or an inert gas which is environmentally friendly. HFC227ea / FE25 extinguish fires by interfering with the combustion, as for inert gases they reduce the oxygen level below where combustion levels can be supported and are able to be used in occupied spaces subject to design.
