AFAE were tasked with the job to fully replace the existing fire alarm system with an up-to-date modern system. Allied approached C-TEC the UK's leading independent manufacturer of quality life safety electronic systems, for use of their powerful and high tech CAST XFP addressable system & Hush Pro domestic fire detection.
As a ‘mixed-use’ building housing both business units and domestic dwellings, a combination of commercial and residential fire systems was required. AFAE installed a new high tech addressable fire system to protect the ground floor retail units and interfaced it to three of C-TEC’s new Hush Pro domestic fire systems to safeguard the residential dwellings on the first floor.
