Our main focus is to ensure that you remain compliant, and we will work our customers to grant peace of mind that they are kept up to date and as safe as they can be. To ensure everything is done to relevant guidelines, and whilst keeping the health of you the customer and our staff safe, we will be contacting you to arrange a plan on which is the most efficient and safest way to carry out our work.
If you would like to postpone your service visit we highly recommend gaining written confirmation that is acceptable from your insurance provider. This information has been provided to us by our industry bodies who believe this is the best solution while the nation combat‘s the pandemic. If it is decided you would like to postpone your service visit‘s and the alleged amount of time breach the maintenance requirements under the British Standards, if the worst were to happen you would not be covered, this is why we strongly suggest you seek approval of your insurance provider if you wish to postpone your visit’s.
